Head Chef Matthew Butcher’s style of food is original, quirky, fun contemporary Australian cuisine designed to complement our magnificent 1887 heritage building. The menu is designed to encourage shared eating and is categorised ‘From the Garden’, ‘From the Sea’ and ‘From the Land.

Matthew’s individual style has been honed from a wealth of diverse influences, having worked under three world renowned chefs – Gordon Ramsay, Shannon Bennett of Vue De Monde and Ryan Clift of Tippling Club in Singapore.
