Head Chef Tony Milton has designed the menu by way of a rustic Windsor bistro come gastro pub feel, with the menu being quintessentially European amid subtle French influences. Our food philosophy is simple; to provide great quality, value for money food from the freshest and highest quality suppliers. All ingredients are house made; from hand cut freshly made pappardelle and gnocchi; beetroot cured salmon; to our house made ice cream. Our wood fired BBQ grill is central to the kitchen and our menu, which includes offerings of four cuts of premium steak, poultry and seafood options, all of which are char-grilled using local red gum and grey box, which produces delicious mouth-watering smokey wood flavours in all of our meats.
